PRODUCTION
Vast Entertainment is a dynamic production & development company with the unique focus of fostering book-to-screen adaptations, creating and developing a “vast” array of television, film and new media entertainment.
TRIAGE ENTERTAINMENT, a 14 year-old major programming label now under the Levity Entertainment Group, has produced over 500 hours of award-winning original series and specials for network television, cable, and first run syndication. Triage has a full time development and production department, as well as a complete post-production facility, including 15 HD edit suites, audio sweetening, and an HD graphics department. Their shows include: Iron Chef – Food Network (84 One Hour Episodes)
The principals of Left/Right,Banks Tarver and Ken Druckerman, both spent untold years on the front lines of documentary and reality production. They first joined forces as show runners on the hit series Growing Up Gotti for A&E. The premiere episode of Gotti received one of the highest ratings in the network’s history, and was chosen as one of the 10 best shows of the year by The New York Times — the only unscripted series to make the list. In 2005 they formalized their partnership by creating Left/Right and have produced over 200 hours of television. They’ve traveled across America for their Emmy award-winning series This American Life (Showtime), and they’ve traveled the world for their MTV series Exiled. They’ve kept up with the biggest name in hip-hop for I Want To Work For Diddy (VH1), and they’ve explored the complicated relationship between two rap superstars in The Salt-N-Pepa Show (VH1). They've made suburban makeover shows for HGTV (Battle On The Block) and urban makeover shows for Bravo (9 By Design). Left/Right created jaw-dropping runway shows on The Fashion Show (also for Bravo) and they’ve produced shows about real-life superheroes (Mr. T’s I Pity The Fool for TV Land), real-life supermodels (The Agency, also for VH1), and real life supermoms (Kimora: Life In The Fab Lane for Style). Their current slate is more varied than ever before with season two of their hit series Mob Wives (VH1), and they're giving the design show format a makeover in the second season of Home By Novogratz (HGTV).
With partner, Gary Dawson, Executive Producer of the long running hit show, Family Feud, Monkey Time Media has teamed up with production partners including 3Ball Productions (The Biggest Loser); The Gurin Company (The Weakest Link); and Rubicon Entertainment (National Lampoon’s Funny Money). In their plan of continued success, Monkey Time Media has partnered with BLE on new projects moving forward.
