|Submit Your Show Concept|
We are always interested in helping to get a show developed, a sizzle reel shot and a pitch presentation created for independent creators/producers but our demand exceeds our available time. Our company is currently working on shows with producers from Triage Entertainment (Iron Chef, etc.), Left Right Productions (Mob Wives, Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane, etc.), 3Ball/Eyeworks (The Biggest Loser) and others on many shows we and our clients have created. We are also producing digital media initiatives in addition to several feature films and documentaries. Therefore it is very important for us to take on only those projects we feel have merit.
If we believe your project can be taken to the next step, and has the potential to air on a network, there must be a budget to pay for the development, one sheet and sizzle reel to bring to market. We receive more than 30 inquiries per day and obviously it would be impossible to take on every project submitted so we must limit our involvement to projects where the creator has enough belief in what he or she has created to take it to the next level.
The networks will only look at projects with sizzle reels from producers and companies they know and have the utmost confidence in. Fortunately my company and I have built that reputation that allows us to get projects in front of the major suppliers in this business and walk into any network with a pitch. We recently signed a deal for a client's show with the producer of the hit show Mob Wives as well as another one that is in production with Animal Planet. Our agency, Rebel Entertainment Partners, represents some of the top reality shows on air and was the agency to launch the Judge Judy TV show/franchise.
The one thing my company is not about is fighting for a show concept against other production companies. We pride ourselves in our ability to partner with the best in the industry and make deals happen. If you are already pitching your concept to production companies, we will have to pass on the offer and wish you much success. Once your concept is "floating around" in the industry it is now up in the air and vulnerable. This would put our company and you in jeopardy of wasting valuable time and money. But if you want to give us the rights to move the concept forward we will review your submission.
The first step is to fill out the attached submission form, sign and fax OR scan and email back. We will need one form for each concept. Once we review your concept we will email you to set up a time for a conference call to discuss possibilities and costs.
